El 19.º Concurso +MIR de Casos Clínicos para Residentes de Oncología Médica 2026 ha revelado a sus ganadores. El fallo fue presentado por el Comité Científico durante el Congreso SEOM2026, donde se premiaron los tres mejores casos clínicos del certamen.
El primer premio fue otorgado a la Dra. Sara Cases Esteban, del Consorcio Hospitalario Provincial de Castellón, por su trabajo titulado «DEL ORIGEN DESCONOCIDO AL TRATAMIENTO DIRIGIDO: TUMOR CON AFECTACIÓN GÁSTRICA Y PERITONEAL COMPATIBLE CON FENOTIPO DE CARCINOMA LOBULILLAR DE MAMA OCULTO». El segundo premio recayó en la Dra. Claudia Miquel Bosch, del Hospital del Mar – Parc de Salut Mar (Barcelona), por su caso titulado «CARCINOMA RENAL EN PACIENTE JOVEN: UN RETO DIAGNÓSTICO CON IMPORTANTES IMPLICACIONES GENÉTICAS».
Finalmente, el tercer premio fue concedido a la Dra. Àlison Copoví Salazar, del Hospital Universitario San Juan de Alicante, por su trabajo titulado «LINFOHISTIOCITOSIS HEMOFAGOCÍTICA FATAL SECUNDARIA A PEMBROLIZUMAB EN UNA PACIENTE CON CÁNCER DE MAMA TRIPLE NEGATIVO Y RESPUESTA PATOLÓGICA COMPLETA». Además, se ha publicado un libro online que recopila todos los casos admitidos, disponible para socios del concurso.
